Our office is located near Downtown Decatur. The back parking lot can be accessed using the driveway from S. Columbia Drive or by entering off Commerce Drive. Street parking is available on S. Columbia Drive.
Payment, Insurance & Financing
Yes, we gladly file claims to PPO dental insurance plans as a courtesy to our patients! We are currently in-network under one insurance umbrella and will be out-of-network with all plans effective January 2027. We chose this path because insurance-driven dentistry often forces providers to limit their time with patients, rush procedures, or use lower-cost materials and labs to meet strict fee restrictions.
Moving to an out-of-network model lets us focus entirely on what is best for each individual patient. We use the finest dental labs and materials, and we give you the dedicated attention you deserve. While we do not guarantee coverage levels and cannot file directly with Medicare, Medicaid, or PeachCare, we will do everything we can to help you maximize your PPO reimbursement.
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments with cash, check, credit, or debit card at the time of service. Credit-card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge; debit, cash, or check avoid it. You may also use Cherry or Care Credit upon approval.

We accept almost all PPO insurance policies and will help you file for all services. We recommend reaching out to your benefit company for details on what specific services they help with. We do not file directly with Medicare, Medicaid, or PeachCare.

As a courtesy to our patients, our office will gladly prepare and file claims with PPO dental insurance plans. If you carry secondary coverage, other commercial carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, or PeachCare, you are welcome to file claims directly with those entities for potential reimbursement.
No Guarantee of Coverage: Any benefit verifications or treatment plans presented by our office are strictly estimates. We cannot guarantee coverage, eligibility, or specific payment amounts from any insurance carrier, Medicare, Medicaid, or PeachCare.
Patient Responsibility: Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer (if applicable), and the insurance company. Ultimately, you are personally and fully responsible for all fees and balances incurred for services rendered, regardless of insurance determination.
