Overview
3D printing turns a digital scan of your mouth into a physical, custom-made part or working model. We currently make surgical and implant guides, night guards, Essix retainers, and bleaching trays in-house. What can be made here and how quickly it can be completed depends on the case. Finished crowns are made by outside laboratories.
What we make in-house

How it works
- We scan, not mold. A quick digital scan captures your teeth, with no putty impression to bite into.
- We design digitally. We build your part on screen, shaped to your exact bite.
- We make it here when the case fits. Our in-office workflow produces the guide, guard, retainer, or tray.
- We finish and fit it. Most cases are ready the next day, and some can be completed the same day.
- We use a lab when that is the right route. Finished crowns currently come from outside laboratories.
